"Stay away from my ship" - Swedish TV journalist spoke to the Chinese carrier Yi Peng 3 yesterday - www.svt.se/nyheter/inri...

Two german warships have just closely passed the Chinese carrier Yi Peng 3. Rough distance is between 300 and 500 metres. The speed data shows they slowed down as they passed the Chinese ship under investigation for damaging cables in the Baltic Sea

Using AIS data it's possible to identify the ships in the Sentinel-2 satellite image taken today in the Kattegat

Satellite image from Sentinel-2 taken at 1045 UTC today shows Chinese carrier Yi Peng 3 with Danish navy boat P525 and German coast guard ship Bad Duben. On Sunday 17 and Monday 18 the Yi Peng 3 passed close to two undersea internet cables at the time both were damaged in the Baltic Sea

UPDATE - Sudden increase in naval activity around the Chinese carrier Yi Peng 3. Two German RIBs are active and another Danish navy patrol boat P525 is back. Plus another Danish RIB has launched.

No major update on Yi Peng 3, it's not moved for more than 7 days now. German coastguard boat Bad Duben is back so there's two German ships and one Danish navy vessel nearby.
