just deployed my first golang application to our coolify instance through docker-compose. a mini tenant controller service. love the simplicity of go. but am happy we chose elixir / phoenix for our main application :D

2024 was the most transformative year of my life. It started with a kickoff for our idea to start something in the D2C space of beef selling. now we found an investor start to create the legal structure to finally send out invoices for our customers on production.

we are in that phase where our first customers give us insights about how our software should work. we made a lot of hacks for them to get their christmas business going but need to refactor the software now. I have to remember myself now that thinking about the right feature is also work.

Today is a day i am really greatful for LLMs. I never knew you have to use table styles for email templates for your webapp, because there are a lot of clients who have reaaaally old HTML engines. Turns out throwing in your templates in claude and asking it to rewrite it in table style works.
