I spoke w a friend who works at Lurie this morning. Six teenagers had their top surgeries canceled without warning or reasonable justification. The staff is pissed, the surgeons are pissed, nobody inside wants this except Tom Shanley, the CEO. If you live in Chicago, make Tom Shanley‘s life hell.
