Idk how pro athletes do it. Two months living in New York and now you gotta move to the northernmost state in the Midwest? That's gotta be some major culture shock. Watching people foam at the mouth about being told that saying wrong things on the internet is wrong and could be legally actionable was an insane rabbit hole. I gotta put some mental roadblocks up to stop myself when it gets so negative. If I actually wanted that drama, I'd watch reality TV.

I know this is going to sound elitist, but there's nothing that can compare to a Vienna Beef hot dog. Sure, it's like $8/package, but that's $1/dog. And I know hot dogs are normally a struggle meal, but Vienna Beefs are worth the splurge to push hot dogs out of that struggle meal territory.

The idea of a "silent depression" is a bit disingenuous because it assumes that there is some scarcity of resource. The resources are all accounted for and present, they're just in the hands of a small select few. Get mad at the rich, not the void.

One of my favorite feelings is when I'm presenting a case to a judge, the judge trying to tell me I'm wrong, me citing the actual rule back to them, and receiving that "oh". That "oh" tells me all I need to know: that I have a better grip on the law than you.

I'm all for fiscal responsibility, but this is NOT how you do it. A tax on legal services doesn't hurt the 1%, it hurts desperate Minnesotans who need legal services and now will be charged more for them. Insane hard pivot to the right from what has traditionally been a more left governor.
