Was it just me or did the last guest on Friday's episode of @thebeat.msnbc.com feel like we were being gaslit? Why do people still insist on the current economic situation is because of Biden? That's right. It is illegal and CONGRESS just sits there and insists on a silence that they are calling 'decorum.' All of the cuts are illegal. Congress holds the purse strings. They are allowing the administration to break the law, steal money, and consolidate the power of two branches of govt.

This is a very good question. They are using decorum to destruct democracy. By being a passive bystander, Dems are complicit in the undoing of our constitutional structure and rule of law. The headlines are full of actions that are blatantly illegal and they are sitting there and doing nothing.

I currently find the most disconcerting the silent passiveness with which the Dems are conducting themselves in Congress. The censure of Al Green leaves me with no faith left in 1/3 of the constitutional structure. There were so many instances of hostile racist, sexist, misogynistic falsehoods.
