Today was pj’s, pasta, and, prosecco (espresso for me) at Ludvig's Bistro… That carbonara with toasted pepper, pork jowl, and egg sauce was RICH and DECADENT I could smell the fresh basil coming from the sicilian pesto before it even got to the table. It tasted so light and refreshing 🤌🏼
