I hope the fourth estate criticises Trump now as much as it has Biden because Trump has been sanewashed & normalised by the media so much and that is partially how we got to this point.

If carried out with ethical/social considerations and with the ethos of shared responsibility and the intention to impact something with collective action, it's much more collectivist. Nope. We give power to the companies by continuing to buy their products and refusing to elect politicians who actually give a shit. They are not going to change unless we do bc they respond to our demand. That laissez-faire attitude is what is allowing this to continue.

And let's not forget that, as well as rich people, a lot of those who have lost their homes are literally just normal middle-class people whose families have been in that area for generations or weren't living like millionaires in the first place.

At this point, especially with Agent Orange coming back, I think the fight against climate change is over. We lost. I think we now need to focus on how to protect ourselves and adapt to changing environmental circumstances. We are *all* to blame in some way.

He's sent something called an "amicus curiae" brief which allows third parties with expertise about the issue at hand to send additional info the SC. To be specific, he's arguing as Pres-elect, he should have the opportunity to weigh in on whether TT is a nat sec threat.
