So its here. We've hit the part where the US government says it will send natural US citizens to offshore prisons and will do it purely because it can. All they'll have to do is utter a negative word about you and you'll be immediately guilty, abducted and sent somewhere like CECOT.

Since the government can't/won't tell the judge where Abrego Garcia is and what it's doing to bring him back does that mean it's likely the government expects he's no longer alive? They had no difficulty abducting and sending him to El Salvador so should be no problem bringing him back.
