I believe Kousei is now pretty much feature complete. I may still do some tweaks and add things, but the Japanese friends I have don't hate it, so I am very happy about that— It is currently in early access for supporters so if you would like to get it, repost this and join our Discord !

DEAD END HOLIDAY DEMO is back! Help Cliff... Santa find the presents for his beloved family, lost in Bridges Medical ! for Minicube64 www.aeriform.io/holiday

sad to say but I think at this point I don't have any plans to update Tape at this time. It still works, I use it every day, but until it stops working or I have a mighty need to add something 1.4.0 is the last version. I still get sales of it which is amazing though <3

after some thought I've needed to remove the Veil that was available to the public, and instead make that only available to supporters in an effort to bring more value to them—

some names of things that I like in a font I made that I like—

continuing work on Kousei, apparently meeting someone earlier in Star Citizen with the name Motoko Kusanagi stuck in my head—

Workshop ° a place where all of my tools live—

one of the things I am most proud of and I'm glad I was able to do it fairly easily for Soul of the Beast, was to have this gremlin enemy not only be a different colour for some variety, but turn to face you as you go back in the opposite direction

Start on a combat log for easy/more information mode Could be fun to have difficulty based not on enemy stats but on how much information is relayed in real time to the player

Funko pops... never again 🥴 We're back if you haven't noticed!

added a specimen tester for my fonts on aeriform.io

fuck Funko.

I kid you not, @itch.io has been taken down by Funko of "Funko Pop" because they use some trash "AI Powered" Brand Protection Software called Brand Shield that created some bogus Phishing report to our registrar, iwantmyname, who ignored our response and just disabled the domain

My big project: The Death Generator. It's a tool for making fake video game screenshots, just fill in new text and it'll give you a (generally) pixel-accurate image back, the correct fonts and everything. deathgenerator.com

no you spent an unreasonable amount of time on a joke in your game—

took me this long to realise if you put 2B into Bloodborne, she wouldn't actually look that out of place—

HARDWIRE has now been released to our Foundry ° aeriform.io

minor site tweaks and stuff happening for we are now in the Lapis moon—

after a long time of battling with not working on this/putting it off/intimidated, finally back to trying to figure out the very important LOS detection for guards and the player character, in Dead End. So far visualising in one direction, cutting by objects (colours) that should obscure the player—

the phonetic set of Kousei pretty much done, next up at some point the maru and tenten diacritics current version available in the Veil aeriform.io

We started a retro 8bit/16bit game dev and demoscene related starter pack! Please help expand this list and let us know if you or anyone else should be on this list <3 Thanks for sharing! 🕹️👾 go.bsky.app/Fsty2vQ #retrogame #retrogamedev #c64 #amiga #sega #atari #demo #demoscene #8bit #16bit

QUADRA is pretty much done now, might add and change it a little at some point but wanted to get this 24 year old font out in the wild finally— available to supporters on aeriform.io

you see what I see ? @djlink.bsky.social

QUADRA Geometric, futuristic sans-serif typeface available in early access for all supporters—

some years ago I started on this project that details all of the *many* conversions and fan productions of the original Shadow of the Beast. Only so far added entries for the Master System and (cancelled) Atari 8bit version, then got distracted making one for the 26OO— archiveofthebeast.webflow.io

HARDWIRE Aggressive blocky typeface available in early access for all supporters— (I did say soon)

continuing my march to release all of my aggressively illegible—but cool ?— typefaces, here is probably the next one coming soon for supporters, Hardwire—

been working on a few pages for aeriform.io and finally redesigned the pages that supporters have access to, in this case here is a sneak peek of the Veil ° for Lantern supporters, including a lil interactive hologram thing at the bottom !

it's taken a long for me to get my website in a state where I am just completely happy with it, and I can focus on adding content, making things I've made available, provide information about other things I've done and are doing. It is without any irony I call this the Shrıne °

2/7

QUADRA originally a font I made 24 years ago that I lost the source for—was actually made in 3dsmax because I legit did not know how to use Illustrator or sensible tools like that at the time.

years ago I designed some glyphs to represent each of the moons (months), the 11th one bugged me a for a long time how inconsistent it was, so it's this now—

I'm thinking.

a little note I felt might be good to add— (I love 001, reminds me of rabbits)

a surprising amount of progress on Kousei, I have about 50%? of the base phonetic set I think oh and a preview OTF of this is available on aeriform.io/veil

just in time for my birthday W1P0UT: FUTUR15M — AGSYS it's big and gorgeous and as a game that made me aware of graphic design in the 90s, important to me—

hey it's my orbit (birthday) here's some progress on Kousei—

unannounced Megadrive game project—
