It was wild watching the #TourDownUnder this year. Going into the race, my favorite to win was Narvaez. And yet as he clinches the stage win (and likely the overall come tomorrow) I can’t help but feel gutted for Romo.

Last year's #TourDownUnder introduced me to Del Toro who has proven very exciting to watch. This year, I think the new inductee into my list of personal favorites is Fergus Browning. I'm a sucker for a rider who goes all out with more heart than sense. A fabulous ride today again.

It was an interesting stage 2 for the Men’s #TourDownUnder. At the start, Welsford was the most likely candidate to take the win. Then the middle of the race happened and that story got a lot more complicated and interesting. And then he won anyway.

Very exciting end to Stage 2. I loved seeing the attacks, counterattacks, and countercounterattacks. Great racing; congrats to Rüegg for surpassing expectations and taking advantage of being underestimated just like Hengeveld yesterday. #TourDownUnder
