@joycemillman.bsky.social a bit late to listening to the Letter to You, USA @40 Roundtable. I don’t take any issue with the queer coding discussion, but I’d argue that Lucy Dacu’s cover results more from her father’s love of Bruce (she attended Philly ‘23 with him) then her queer orientation.
