For the young 'uns, Simeon Brown was the inaugural president of the Auckland University Pro Life (anti abortion, anti women, anti healthcare) Club in the 2010s. His selection by National was a clear red flag of where they'd be going politically.

Steinbeck and Hemingway and Rothko were among the VIPs. A million people gathered in the cold to hear it. This is the precedent.

I recently joined LinkedIn. I'm verified via personal email & phone. They now want to verify with my passport. I am NOT happy about that, don't trust their data security. I can't login, so can't provide work email as verification. Is there another way to do this? Have checked help pages. Thanks!
