We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. ~Maya Angelou

Everything in and about life has an essence and vibration. These times are challenging. A walk about in a nearby nursery is my drug of choice. Lift up with essence of flowers. Saturate you cellphone with photos! Some day I'd like to travel and take photos of flowers. May You Be Flower Blessed~

Time for change isn't a bad thing, difficult, scary, and unknowing. It is an opportunity to begin again by seeking help. No One Can Do Life Alone. NEED HELP FROM RIGHT PERSON/PEOPLE. (Glad I'm still here.) Life is fucking hard and then it's hard. Lots of wonderful too.

Soulless are evil, narcissists.

An An update from Bernie Sanders… I do not often find myself in the habit of thanking Elon Musk,

DIVERSITY 🙏

On this day during #BlackHistoryMonth, we want to celebrate the remarkable Ella Jenkins, known as “The First Lady of the Children’s Folk Song.” For decades, Jenkins inspired generations with her joyful music made for and with children. She marked her 100th birthday this past August.

What she says... is clear, intelligent, and the truth. The USA is mashed potatoes. Trump is murder.

Asking for help is part of self-care. Being retraumatizied is a real thing. Evil people are on the prowl looking to seize power in any way possible. Watch your back and each other.

Every act and word of kindness matters. Gregg Braden

My heart to my mind-

"California law is unaffected by recent changes to federal policy and continues to provide safeguards against discrimination and harassment based on gender, gender expression, gender identity, and sexual orientation. ....Our commitment to safeguarding the rights of all students persists."

What happens today is the cause and effect of our children and grandchildren and their children and grandchildren. And so on. Denial doesn't work.

There is a strength in being alone otherwise you'd die. A therapist who is skilled, cares enough to do the work, can rebirth what has been frozen and locked up inside. Released from the trauma chains! One isn't truly real until then. This nation is full of white sheep.

Response to the chaos.

Flower hunting- I recommend it. Blessings~

What if we imagine playing a character in the Wizard of Oz. We can hear the old nasty man behind the veil, a wizard. Imagine this life is a journey of lessons. As we grow in courage, brains, & heart we see the fearful for what they are. We see beyond the veil. We cherish safe friends & family.

Flower hunting is one way I meditate. 📷 Flowers have wonderful peace. ✌️

Words are meant to be a true and real expression of one’s character. We call this integrity.

When emotional power and verbal power are combined in ways that speak to the deep longings of people’s hearts, the force is great. Add spiritual language evoking the authority of God, and you can manipulate vulnerable people in hideous ways. Diane Langberg PhD
