At this time last week, I was a little more than halfway thru my 3rd time doing this trail from end to end. 62 miles (100km). Trails were almost completely dry, which is unusual even for this time of year (the dry season) since it's mostly swamp land.

Tonight's run. A half marathon and a new personal best! My 3rd time doing that distance and each time I knock 3 minutes off the time.

How about that consistency in a 10K run! Felt good, but I wasn't expecting that and missed a personal best by 2 seconds. Maybe just slow hitting the button? I'm going to try a half marathon on Thur. If I can do the additional 11.1k as easy, it could be another personal best.
