This weekend I had the opportunity of listening to Celeste Edmunds, Executive Director of Christmas Box Int’l. She discussed her work and book, “Garbage Bag Girl” at the Women’s Dem Club of Utah. So informative. Palmer Pattison and I serve on the SLCo Dem Party EC and he does the tech for WDC.

I have great respect, admiration, and gratitude for the men and women who were serving at Pearl Harbor on Sunday, December 7, 1941. My Grandfather, Charles Fannin, Great Aunt Mable and Great Uncle were there. My Grandfather was on the USS Cummings. My Great Aunt and Uncle were stationed there too.

The last few weeks I’ve been working with a fabulous group of parents to support the Hillcrest Theatre Department and their fabulous students. The Directors are so dedicated along with these parents to provide a top-notch experience. Mark Fellows, Stacey Lake and I, HPAA have had a fun week.
