This is Luxon 7 months ago when challenged on boot camps. The evidence was 85% reoffended but Luxon / Chhour were adamant theirs would work. Now they won't reveal the results but rumours are 8 of 10 have re-offended and 6 of 10 are locked up. 1 unfortunately died after running away. #nzpol #nz
