@gatwickairport.bsky.social Dropped family of 4 this morning at South Terminal with 5 bags a pushchair & hand baggage & not a trolley to be seen. Eventually tracked two down & had to pay £12 in drop of fees for the privilege. The lengths airports go to in making a profit with poor customer service
