does anyone know anything about the fact that these are pre-1970s houses burning? i saw a reel about these houses potentially having asbestos and lead paint and that could be creating toxic gasses. Can anyone comment on the validity of this claim and explain it from a place of knowledge?

i’m tired of seeing everyone ragging on karen bass who was out of the country when the fires started in LA. There was no way she could have predicted these fires and known not to go. And when the fires happened she got on a plane and flew back from Ghana, and went to a press conference.
