I'm just a Blasian, Ontario girl who is tired of pretending that it's all good in the Great White North, and we can't do anything about it.

This was "picking battles" and resting on laurels at its finest. And yeah, DF/PC played dirty. But we saw the same murky moves down south. Ya'll "progressives" are out of touch and too corporately comfortable.

About that 54.5% that didn't vote, don't get caught in the trap of blaming disabled folks for this. ONDP in my riding didn't even have a campaign. OLP just put up a couple small billboards. There were robots calls, but who tf answers those in 2025? I got close to 100 emails from ONDP as a member.

Dear Ontario ( esp those that stayed home) Thought you should know that Emergency Department staff actually cried last night.. How can we do four more years of hallway "medicine". Many of us won't....it is time for us to leave...for our mental and physical well-being.

Before I go, you're about to see a lot of bots and emboldened idiots yapping on social media in favour of Douglas. Ignore them. Do not platform them by engaging with them. Especially if they're quoting disinformation.

54.5% of Ontarians didn't vote at all.

Holding onto this for Monday

Do not waste this weekend getting into nonsense conversations with people who never vote, or pc fans. Rest REST BE UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED AND GRIEVE IF YOU MUST. REST, I'll see ya'll Monday with some ideas.

Alright, Ontario. It's a bummer that we didn't get rid of Ford when we had a chance. Otherwise, today is the same as yesterday except: * Fewer seats for the Conservatives * Liberals regain official party status. Total waste of an election, didn't even accomplish Ford's goal.

I'm over it. Time for to tighten tf up. We all know which battles we picked to avoid strife. It's consequences time.

If your city is reconsidering its parking regulations in order to allow more housing to get built - especially affordable housing, since these rules are often a barrier for them - you can thank Donald Shoup for mainstreaming that movement. He had a profound influence on how we look at cities.

It's weird being the second trans woman nominated by the ONDP while there's active attacks against my community south of the border. I have friends who are at risk of losing healthcare. It also sort of feels like I shouldn't talk about it, else I'll be seen as "the trans one"

Singer and storyteller Tracy Lee Johnson will use songs, from spirituals to jazz, to tell the story of the journey from slavery to emancipation, in a special performance in Kitchener on Sunday afternoon.

Douglass called this election to force us into a weak position so he can keep his job. I'm asking ONDP and OLib to tell me what their plans are immediately after election. When 45/7 initiates the trade war. I know Douglass will show his true colours as always, but what is the action plan.
