You expect a penalty to be given there 9 times out of 10. Everton were industrious. Next steps to develop more of a killer instinct and bring in a higher skill base. Huge improvement since the dark Dyche days.

12 hour drive round trip. Result as expected. Surprised by the formation and decision to retain Harrison and Doucoure in the starting 11. Needs bodies of quality asap to have any chance of turning this around. Highlight was seeing the new ground, game changer even in the worst possible scenario

When Dyche talks about 'margins' and not coaching attackers he's telling on himself. He does ultra defensive anti-football and hopes for a goal from nothing because he doesn't know how to do anything else. No self respecting coach would ever do this. He's a complete fraud.

Much needed victory. 2 own goals, 1 deflected and the other also a set piece. Wolves were terrible. Created minimal in open play and gave the ball away cheaply. Doucoure, McNeil, Mykolenko were poor. Young, Mangala, Tark, pickford, branthwaite played well
