Our peer-reviewed paper, published in @bmj.com Open, offers a new approach to improving patient feedback inclusivity. The TAURUS (Toolkit for Assessing Underrepresentation in User Surveys) helps researchers and healthcare providers ensure that diverse voices are heard when collecting feedback. [1/3]

First up is my first paper doi.org/10.1136/emer... We wanted to see what happened when the UK government lowered the target for emergency department (ED) waiting times in Englanr: reducing the goal from 98% of patients being seen within 4 hours to 95%. 1/3
