I’m belatedly reading the white paper. Lots to say but one thing really bugging me is the stuff on “abuse” of student routes and the proposed solution. The “abuse” is actually people following rules. So tightening the visa refusal, enrolment and completion thresholds for universities is irrelevant.

I use Libro.FM for audiobooks. Definitely not as extensive as Audible, but realistically speaking, there are more amazing books that exist in the world for you to ever be able to consume them all. Not such a bad thing to have some restrictions.
