Just finished Thicker Than Blood by Sera Quim. Transmasc MC, MMM, deals heavily with abuse (not between the MC and LIs). Novella, about half the book is spice. I give it a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Loved the hot older LIs, who are a married couple.
