You all have read 1984 (hopefully) but have you read WE (inspiration for 1984) from 1921, by Yevgeny Zamyatin, which is much worse and relevant in my opinion as the subjects have convinced themselves that all it’s happening in their world is fine and orderly?! This is were we are, friends. Read it.

The misconception in today’s e-marketing is that if I like a service too much I’ll pay for it anyway, so they don’t advertise or show the prices until I have something in the basket, so that they can then bombard me with e-mails to finish the purchase. You know what I want too much? The price!🥴
