Funniest show of the year by far

If GTA 6 can recreate red dead 2 story telling and seamless cutscene to gameplay while bringing in driving and better gunplay then it’s probably game of a lifetime. #gta6

Actually wasted that second half. If you don’t trust your squad why don’t you sell your fringe players. Buy better quality.

#havoc was the type of frantic, kinetic action I expected from Gareth Evans. It felt almost like Gangs of London in Chicago. Or should that be Gotham. Definitely felt like this could have been set there. Great brutal action as always though.

Conflicted about #Sinners. Love that Hollywood can make something that’s not based on a comic, sequel, remake etc but great to get an art house esque film telling themes blues, racism, cultural appropriation but didn’t really feel like it elaborated more. Great when it embraced inner dusk til dawn

Really enjoying The Studio. Like a amazing mix of Extras, Birdman and Curb Your Enthusiasm but being sharp about the fragile egos in Hollywood at the same time showing appreciation for the movies. #TheStudio

The most consistent season of black mirror since season 4. Great stuff! Eulogy thought was incredible. Great premise, acting, writing, the bunch! #blackmirror

Randomly, Alan sugar on the apprentice this week #theapprentice

#adolescence is powerful viewing. Like we need to talk about Kevin / boiling point / the night of / thrown in one pot and told so well. Excellent acting to boot. Well done all involved.

Invincible season 3. So much more impact than season 2 and development of characters. Bravo!

Mickey 17 was a bit all over the place. Not enough sci fi / not enough satire / then all of a sudden all the messaging and themes. Pattinson can act his chops off though

I know we haven’t looked good in attack in the league but there was beyond dumb decisions today. Lofted crosses to back post when merino wasn’t in box. The extra extra touches around the box. The lack of runners getting inside the box. Erghh

Angie stone passing away is sad as hell! www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... rip

Was not expecting The Monkey to be that comedic. Theo James carries it in a dual role but his voice work resume is impressive. Castlevania, x men 97 and almost narrating the monkey. Top work

#Presence I’ll give some points for trying to tell a unique ghost story but even at a 85 mins it felt long. Average plot and some weird reveals that meander and add nothing to the film.

Hang it in the Louvre

#Companion caught me off guard. From the teaser trailer to the film they are different films but that works well in its favour. A solid, wickedly twisted and funny horror. Definitely don’t watch a trailer as you should go in blind to the premise.

Nosferatu felt like a moments film. Great visuals, great production, certain characters make it great but no real horror to speak of and then some characters seem to be in the wrong tone. Eggers still has an incredible line of work and glad I saw at cinema.

Such a strange season in terms of football! Six teams competing for fourth place. About ten competition for europa. Every two weeks a huge club is in big crisis mode. And people don’t like the sport?!?

What we do in the shadows didn’t nail the finale sadly but what a consistently brilliant series. The improv, the writing and the characters always combined perfectly. #whatwedointheshadows

Almost finished #Cross. It’s really such a mixed bag. First it started grounded and then it felt more like a mix of psychological thriller meets serial killer but the last three episodes have probably jumped the shark a bit too much.

Saw Bodies on Netflix. A bit too many plot holes and dumb moments (usual time travel stuff) but Stephen Graham and Kyle Soller were great. what was the point of the quasi cliffhanger ending though! #bodies

Trap has such a strong premise but absolutely butchered (pun intended) by terrible execution. Also don’t serve up a thriller while disguising it as a promo for your daughter’s talents. #trap

The Responder season 2 felt rushed and massively uneven and characters doing daft things again. No closure on any of the characters stories this season. Not to mention no repercussions for any characters actions. #theresponder

Ah the man who I was named after! Parents will be upset

#AlienRomulus was brilliant! Visually and production design wise and love how it tried to tie a lot of the aliens prequels in. David Jonsson is great in an almost dual role. Making facehuggers scary again.
