No insurance company ever failed in Alberta. Some merged into larger entities. All report record profits. The real reason for selling Alberta drivers out is who lobbies for Insurance Bureau of Canada and who the VP is.. Harper/Kenny staffers formed Wellington Consulting. Their first client - IBC.
