The ability to track a package creates metaphors for existence. My package first appeared in a facility 30 minutes from my home. From there, it moved away and is now around 2 hours from me. It's estimated arrival time is on Thursday, 1 to 3 PM.

Yes. So much. Grammar is a fundamental place of meaning- and decision-making. It's a world-imagining technology. Figuring it as dull and delegatable (and beneath our interest!) is such a loss—and a mistake
