No lawmaker in Congress should be able to own, buy, and sell individual stocks. We need to ban congressional stock trading—and I've got a bill for that.

Cutting Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security will result in people dying. Cutting medical research and funding will result in people dying. Cutting foreign aid, FEMA and NOAA will result in people dying. A few cars on fire is considered violence, but somehow the rest isn’t.

ICE detained Julio Noriega, a 54 year-old US citizen who was born in Chicago, for over 10 hours on January 31st. He was walking around "Berwyn, Illinois, handing out his resume to local businesses." They didn't show him a warrant. They didn't give him paperwork. And he's now suing.
