Quick hack for AppStore pricing. If you use $59.99, just don't. Select custom price and set it to $59.00. Now you can show price per month as $4.99, not $5.00.

Sometimes I think all the wealth of mobile developers comes from the people who forgot to cancel their monthly subscription.

I wish all reviews be like this

It's funny. Apple ruined accessibility in their OS with a new glass UI, but at the same time added an App Accessibility page to App Store Connect for devs.

Ok, Apple. No more flat design, gradients, glossy effects, shadows. I got it. Time to refine my old icons.

Really nice to receive such feedback. Getting real reviews on the AppStore is harder than I thought. Apple often does not publish real reviews when a user posts them too early. And my Fredbot helps to gather reviews at the right time.

I just released the app and giving it away for free - Glowow

I've added OpenAI image generator to my Cartoon Maker app. So now you can ghiblify easily. Enjoy https://apps.apple.com/app/id6743957404

Does a trial period in apps really boost sales? If the app's usage frequency is low, it can be questionable. I did an experiment:

Guys, check out my new AI image generator. Plenty of styles, leading AI image models. NO subscription!

I started monetizing one of my apps just a month ago on Google PlayStore. So far, 1.3k euro revenue, but there's a lot of room for improvements. It doesn't even have onboarding yet! I like the ARPU number: 23 euro. It means users see value and prefer a yearly plan.

It's crazy! Did you know that you can use Adobe Express to schedule your social media posts absolutely for FREE?

Here is the detailed summary of a 5+ hour interview of @lexfridman with @ThePrimeagen, which is my app, Summ, made without a problem in seconds. https://summ.site/en/summary/theprimeagen-programming-ai-adhd-productivity-addiction

Another experiment

I made an app banner network only for my own apps. I place a cross-promo banner into apps I don't monetize to promote my other apps. I can change the banner remotely from the server. Let's see how it goes.

New day, new app. 🎉 And the first sale after 2 hours of launch!

So, I started experimenting with TikTok. So far, I'm getting a few hundred views per video on average. And I made one experiment—a parody video of Donald Trump using my app https://www.tiktok.com/@grammarplus/video/7485431677536242987 Here is some stats

So, I'm trying to hop on this AI image editing hype train. It's my first app where I'm testing pay-as-you-go model.

So, I was surprised. I thought on Android nobody pays for apps. A week ago I launched subscriptions in my Android app and have already earned 623 euros. Good start.

New version already on the AppStore

Switching to a new icon for my Summ app

Need your help. A or B?

People pay for solutions to their problems. When given a choice, they prefer solutions that require less effort and are easy to use. Therefore, design your products to be simple to use. However, achieving simplicity is actually difficult.

The good and the bad sides of switching from free to paid plans. BTW, I still leave a free tier with reasonable limits.

New day, new app

I heard that animation on a paywall increases conversion, so I've added a nice confetti animation to my special offer. Let's see the results

Being a solopreneur, I used to do everything by myself. With the help of AI, it’s a variable approach. But some things are better to outsource for sure. Just compare these two icons. Guess which one I created?

Finally released a new upgraded version of my grammar checker (actually writing assistant more suitable word)

I reimagined my paywall, adding a personal touch. Wdyt

I'm kinda proud of myself

I don't use RevenueCat or Superwall. Instead, I built my own. I show paywalls and onboarding in a webview. It gives me super flexibility. For paywalls, I use Preact, which is super lightweight; the JS bundle weighs 80kb.

Here is an example how FeedBot help me getting 5-stars review for my apps
