A person is the sum of their life, with a heavy recency bias. So, you are not defined by your worst day. But you have serious work to do today, especially if that “worst day” was last week. But, if that day was years ago, let it go.

I’ve been asked about Substack several times, and this thread is worth reading. IMO the only reason to use a platform like this (that you don’t own) is the network effect. If they can’t deliver, go somewhere else. Own your content. I self-host my newsletter for this reason.
