Oh they are connected for sure. I think of it as threads in a tapestry, or different instruments in a symphony. All working in their own way to tell the same story, sing the same song, paint the same picture….

Good idea. I found that it helped me calm the spiral to do that. It’s action.

Part 4 "Yes. I've got my pilot's license actually."
The pilot chuckled and said " Yeah but that don't make no difference do it."
"Nope. I guess it don’t."

Part 3: the airman saw dad admiring his P-51 & got to talking. The pilot asked dad "You like her?" Dad said "I don't know. I haven't flown her yet." The pilot asked "you ever flown anything before?" Part 4 below

Poor sweetie! 😄 I’m almost glad my dog is not food motivated (as stressful as that can be too) but it breaks my heart when they want more and can’t have it. 🥹💓 I have a cat Ike that. But he almost always wins. 😬

That last pic is of my two sons in front of their great grandpa’s laundry. 🧺 Their first time down here and first time really starting to understand the family they come from. Very magical, as their mom, to watch them see and understand.
