Real talk. Many people are good at #writing, but they seek advice on promotion from people who are good at writing, not promoting. Or they assume that because someone is established, they know how to promote. Build a support structure of people who can help you with each aspect. Then listen to them.

This one goes out to my trans gals: Testosterone makes your nails thicker and tougher, estrogen makes them more pliable and prone to chipping. Get plenty of protein, make sure you don't have any vitamin deficiencies, and consider using nail oil to hydrate. Results in either direction take 4 months.
