Something about the clack of the hammers, the smell of ink, the shuffling of papers brings the magic back into writing for me. I still write on my computer, but I’m testing making the switch by writing a novella on the typewriter. If it goes well (it is so far!) I’ll attempt my next novel on it. 🤞
