Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us… But even if he does not, we want you to know, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

TOMORROW- Friday, February 28th is BLACKOUT FRIDAY! If you believe we are in danger of losing our Democracy forever, FIGHT BACK! Let's make our voices heard in numbers too big to ignore. JOIN US if you've had it with Comrade Krasnov. 🤬 🇷🇺 #24HourEconomicBlackout

To be disabled is almost always to be traumatized. It’s living in a body that can’t keep you safe. It’s doctors dismissing you. It’s family and friends abandoning you. It’s living in a society that doesn’t see your value. It’s constantly having to prove your life is worth living.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Telehealth isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. For many of my patients with Long COVID and disabilities, in-person visits are exhausting, inaccessible, or simply not feasible. Removing telehealth coverage means denying care to those who need it most. We must protect access to virtual care.

Why does the onion feel more true than the real news

Oh, what an Eras Tour livestream would do for my mental health right now…

Economic Blackout February 28 12 noon to midnight. Shut shit down! 👇

I’ve met with President Zelenskyy and members of his government. They are strong, honorable allies. Minnesota stands with the people of Ukraine as they fight to defend freedom and democracy. www.politico.com/news/2025/02...

When the truth comes out (about Tr*mp calling himself a king) it’s quiet. Or is that because of all the people I unfollowed on Facebook today… 🤔

This is why you fight these cowards. The moment you stand up to them, they crumble. Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights. He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

🧵 Just to recap what is happening, since public health has gone AWOL: * This is the worst flu season in 15 years. Not just number of cases but number of *severe* cases. 1/

Chronically ill & disabled people love to put "LOL" or 🤣 after the most disturbing sentences you've ever set your eyes on.

Roses are red, violets are blue

1/29: First plane crash in 16 years in DC 1/31: Crash in Philly 2/5: Delta flight struck in Seattle 2/6: Flight wrecks in Alaska 2/10: Crash in Scottsdale 2/12: Military jet crashes in San Diego 2/16: Crash in Covington, GA 7 crashes since the WH congratulated itself for “restoring aviation safety”

we stay hopequesting

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too. EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them. Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

No one is immune from disability. It can happen to anyone at anytime, regardless of how 'young and healthy' you are. Stop believing you will be the exception, and start engaging in disability justice. It's far easier to fight for better support and treatment while you still have your health.

Better keep that mask. It's the age of plagues. The CDC task force that was supposed to handle it is gone, COVID still rages, worst flu season, bird flu, tuberculosis, measles. This is a we all we got type scenario. A simple thing you can do to mitigate harm to yourself & others is routinely mask.

Done.

Yes! My baseline right now is that I can do one thing after work. I can cook (some days; other days that’s too much). I can shower. I can work on my side gig. I can go to the store or the pharmacy or the mailbox. I get to choose one.

Us disabled folk get extra special fatigue on top of all of our normal fatigue and also the regular fatigue of (hopefully) living through all this shiiit. I know other marginalized groups are feeling similarly, and I really hope we can band together to get through this ❤️.

I can’t believe this needs to be said, but cutting funding for cancer research is not how you make America great. thehill.com/policy/healt...

Ugh. Am I getting sick? Did I eat too much histamine this week? Is it a hormone related crash? Is it allergies because I haven’t had the energy to vacuum our room in way too long? 🤷‍♀️😩

Well.
