Each level is randomly generated and each tile in the 2D array is written as a pixel to a 16x16 texture, which is used to make the shape of the land, and the rough areas. Then as the bubble moves that writes to the blue channel. That channel is also used in the particle system emission at the end 🌸

Here’s a still of it. Basically the photogrammetry point cloud is a list of positions and colours, so we could just apply those to a particle system and play it, with different degrees of density and particle size, making it look like it’s loading

Yes! I started learning web design in 2004ish because of Neopets, Gaia Online and Quizilla. I had to have the best, most obnoxiously glittery homepages with trailing cursors. And now I'm a Unity programmer and tech artist!
