…and I’ve seen all the things you discuss, and the recent shift back to full on fat-hatred of the late 90s/aughts but with the extra layer of can’t win either way cause of these damn drugs. ☹️

I’m on one of these for medical reasons, and it has improved my quality of life enormously already (I’m still fat, just smaller than I was). I’m 50 and I’ve been everything between a size 6-20 a few times in my adult life…

“The act of fasting is meant to remind Muslims of the less fortunate and to reinforce the need to be thankful.” - I’m not Muslim, but that sounds like a good practice for anyone in any century

I had a bf in my early 20s who once, when I was returning from the gym, jokingly said “go back, you’re still fat ” (I was like 5’8” and 140 or less at the time). Reader, I dumped him.

It’s a shame you’re omnipresent and can’t boycott it, but at least seeing him booed will be some consolation.

I don’t know if it actually solved the problem, honestly. But it’s never fallen over (had it a few years now) 🤞 and I’m not anxious about it anymore. 🤣

We have a many tiered plant stand and a cat obsessed with climbing on it which just made me unbearably anxious. I got several of those flat, round, free weights, like for dumbbells and barbells? And placed one on each tier.

It’s not exactly the same situation, but maybe mine will inspire a “eureka!” for you? …

I love snakes, and if I ever get one it’ll be a hognose. They’re so flipping cute! And friendly and chill (when they’re not being dramatic).

If you look at the edging there are subtle differences. Similar colors on both but it’s is a little more earth tones (rust and olive vs burgundy and green) and yours is a little more jewel tones maybe? But so close.

Our decor is eerily similar - just means you have great taste I guess 🤣

I am! It was an amazing book, and it felt like it just stopped kind of abruptly... I need to know what happens! I'm just sad because I'm reading it on Libro.fm, and Lynne Thigpen narrated the first one and she was wonderful, but the second book is someone else 😞

Some of these aren’t never-trumpers, but opposed him for more selfish reasons, but it might be a good start for a list?
