✅ Key findings: HRQoL, anxiety, and depression improved or returned to baseline by 24 months. Physical HRQoL declined short-term after MBR (6 months) and BCS (12 months). M saw poorer psychosocial HRQoL at 12 months. Anxiety and depression were worse following MBR.

Copilot was helpful for Python, but for R? It's like asking a poet to do your taxes, overcomplicates everything. Generally great for learning new languages (just not R... skip the AI for R, actually skip R, save yourself!).

If you put the key word for the exact behaviour you are interested into Google search (eg., engagement) and web design you will specify your search more precisely. You can also use Google search advanced search to find very specific papers.
