People should know Hochul is cancelling cap & invest, which is the centerpiece of NY state’s climate plan, created by her appointees. Without it, it’s impossible for NY to hit pollution reductions. Hochul’s move is similar to cancelling congestion pricing. Devastating. It must be reversed.
