Gossip makes the community toxic. Stories quickly grow, out of context, and can bend to the narrative or agenda of another whose intent is to draw attention to themselves and feel in control in the moment, meanwhile putting the community in disarray. Disappointing.

The alpha is calm, collected, not rash, not quick to anger, does not assume, is not concerned with appearance, pursues humility, owns their mistakes and keeps their ego in check. The welfare of the pack is not about them. The health of the pack comes first and the alpha brings balance, not chaos.
