They labelled the real licensed Battleship video game as "shovelware". I've seen people get very invested in the mechanics unique to this release of the game, it has more effort put into it than the actually physical game has had in decades. I really wanna know their definition of shovelware.

But isn't it just unironically strange that the PEGI ratings board doesn't give a shit if a child plays a game with actually gambling mechanics built-in, they only care if a game has a passing resemblance to gambling? Even devoid of the context that brought this contrast to light, isn't it weird?

Talked with PEGI and they do not see anything wrong Balatro being rated 18+, nor with EA sports FC (and similar games) having a 3+ rating Blaming EU laws, blaming storefronts, waiting for the future. Sitting on their hands I thought some good might come of this, this sucks

I finally gave in and allowed myself to experience the final piece of Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe content that I hadn't yet. The one thing keeping the game from being fully known to me. The "bottom of the mind control facility (with bucket)" ending. I held out for years.
