Fantastic article. The day that all weather information is pay walled is the day the field dies, right alongside fellow Americans. Since the start of the day on Friday, NWS Forecast Offices have issued 268 tornado warnings and 510 severe thunderstorm warnings (in addition to many other products) Thank you so much to these folks for working around the clock to protect lives and property with lifesaving warnings and information!

The correct corridor was definitely highlighted. It appears (won’t know for sure until surveys are done) but it’s seems like most storms did not quite turn the corner into violent territory, which overall is a good thing. A couple of the MS storms may have come close though. Event isn’t over yet.
