oh hey i finished rain of shadows & endings the other day and tbh it’s not as good as people hyped it up to be (for me) but it was still a good time. I’d give it like 4⭐️ - the MMC & FMC were kinda annoying to me and we didn’t have much development for a while BUT it kept me entertained

so i finished tower of dawn last night and I genuinely do not understand the hate it gets. i never disliked chaol so maybe i had a better connection to it but that was the CUTEST book in the series and was so important. idc i gave it 5⭐️ - its a slow start but omg I loved every minute

im about 150 pages in to tower of dawn. i know this book is polarizing and people either love it or hate it but I think im in the group that loves it. especially after not tandem reading, i think its a nice breath of fresh air away from the rest of the squad without veering too far off the plot
