A bit different #ArtAdventCalendar day 15. This time I made images in Python. It's Renzogram of atomic hydrogen (HI) in galaxy NGC1433 (left) and NGC6300 (right). Contours are colour-coded based on HI velocity - blue parts are moving towards us; red parts are moving away. #SciArt #RadioAstronomy 🔭

We trained a model to co-generate protein sequence and structure by working in the ESMFold latent space, which encodes both. PLAID only requires sequences for training but generates all-atom structures! Really proud of @amyxlu.bsky.social 's effort leading this project end-to-end!
