When you get home at the end of a long day and see something moved or changed in your room. Then you remember, "Oh, yeah. I did do that in a waking dream state last night..." Apparently, dreaming me thought it was very important to unpin the banner hanging off my bed. I remember this feeling.

I finished Under the Same Stars by Libba Bray. Read it. Just read it. #libbabray #booksky #resistenceislove #keepshowingup

Bill Murray plays Bill Murray in Space Jam. Bill Murray also plays Bill Murray in Zombieland. This suggests that Space Jam and Zombieland take place in the same universe. I will now forever believe this to be true.

Post your favorite Doctor Who. Wrong answers only:

I played a D&D one-shot and the DM provided randomly generated characters. I picked the Barbarian High Elf with a Farmer background. Naming this bizarre person I realized they MUST have a Stuart Era name of Puritan naming conventions. And so they are Opulence in the Face of Sparity. Opie for short.

In today's edition of "Should Have Known I Was Neurodivergent All Along," these are some plastic beads that came into my life sometime in my childhood. Even into my teen years, I would lie of the floor, sort them, stack them, and tell stories as if they were people or characters.

I'm only on page 115 of Under the Same Stars by Libba Bray and have already realized that I'm not prepared for the traumas of this book. Still, I read on, taking in the history, the then, and the now. #booksky #libbabray #historyrepeatsitself

Who likes TTRPGs and emotional education. I know my friends do. They're bringing the two together to create a TTRPG SEL curriculum! So cool! #ttrpg #dnd #sel www.kickstarter.com/projects/sel...

One of my students lost a tooth. I asked them if the Tooth Fairy came. They told me that tooth fairies are only pretend, but then went on to say, "But maybe with my powers, I can make a real, real, real tooth fairy." I love how this kid believes in themself.

Watching Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. Realized that roughly around the time all of this is taking place, there is a family in Austria learning how to sing. And they're all dealing with some very punchable people, of course.

Reading high fantasy and also being interested in the origins of words can often make it hard to stay in that world. The book I'm reading just used the word "draconian" in reference to a policy. I guess the Ancient Athenian scribe and lawmaker lived in this world, too. #booksky

Speed, bonny boat, like a bird on the wing, Onward! the sailors cry. Carry the lad that's born to be king Over the sea to Skye. #Scotland #travelart

Having some floor-time and admiring my personal library. #booksky

Come Away O human child! To the waters and the wild With a faery, hand in hand, For the world's more full of weeping Than you can understand Stromness, Orkney, Scotland

Looking for and finding my Happy Thoughts. Going to fly like Old Tootles.
