Found some pictures I thought would be fun to share. The first three are of a PS4 controller that was suffering stick drift; instead of buying a whole replacement, I had my housemate buy replacement joysticks and I performed the swap. The last one is my PS2 I took apart to replace thermal pads.

For anybody that was curious as to where I have been, I'll be having a friend move in and I've been cleaning up to prepare for that. Part of this process involves replacing a wall that had paneling over it for some reason. I'll probably make a blog post about the process but here are some photos:

I had a portable A/C break a while ago (probably refrigerant leak). I didn't want to just toss the unit, so I went through the effort of pulling it apart into things that can be recycled and things that shouldn't be recycled... It wasn't designed to be pulled apart so now my hands hurt... ( T ~T)
