Everything is built from 15-30 year materials, why expect them to last forever? Why land ownership? Why not low cost housing built on cheap land leases that is replaced every 30ish years? Appreciation is a scam. Housing is a human right, not a financial instrument. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SOF...

I'll believe that Elon and Trump have truly fallen out when Elon shows the receipts for the election tampering in 2024. But, to revel all will mean the "machine" will be rendered useless- is it more valuable dead or alive? We will see on the next episode...or not.

This kind of action is why I teach history independently, online, so that the state cannot block access to learning. HOWEVER- students have a right to complete and accurate classes IN their schools- they shouldnt HAVE to seek outside sources. We are all fighting together for knowledge for all.

To my mom, 88, it is just a grocery list. But I see that beautiful handwriting & I see penmanship grades, secretary school in NYC post h school, letters to her parents across the country about her young family, notes to latch-key kids instructing the days chores. She thinks she's no big deal- ha!
