If they're going gonna run the US like a giant corporation, then fine. How about we, as shareholders in the largest company in history, withhold our taxes in protest? I mean, why not? We finance the whole thing in the first place, and they're supposed to keep us happy so we keep paying. 2am thoughts

You know what's really fucking dystopian? The fact that Google maps has updated the satellite image of Pacific Palisades, and it's just... Row after row, mile after mile of absolute destruction. Even more interesting is that if you scroll east, there's a map edge and Santa Monica is fine. Surreal.

My husband is effectively disabled. I earn all income for my family as a woman. I'm a DEI hire, apparently. Also on govt asst, with 2 special needs kids. If I lose my job for any reason, we lose literally everything and CANNOT get it back in trump's America. Like that old meme - "Guess I'll die." 🤷‍♀️

Trump has deployed active military to help round up migrants and put them into detention camps. The military forced us out of our homes at gunpoint in 1942 because we were considered possibly disloyal Americans. They sent us to internment camps for four years. History is repeating. Pay attention.
