Fun fact: tiktok videos talking about "this is what it's like living with adhd" from people with diagnosed adhd is why I finally started getting treatment instead of just coping. Because those videos led to doctors talking about options available - which have drastically improved since I was a kid

Last night I went to a major networking function in my sector. It happened to be my 7th wedding anniversary. I told anyone who would listen that I was celebrating this by toasting to freedom because I asked my spouse to move out. It went down really well. I now have many more LinkedIn connections.
