Hot tip: turn off at least half of your notification alerts for social apps. I've had certain ones off for a while bc I manage multiple large accounts, but it has helped my peace immensely to mute certain chats, all Discords, & all Meta alerts until I have time to open the app & go through notifs. 👍🏻
