Both Biden and Trump need a civics lesson. Biden saying that the Equal Rights Amendment is the law of the land does not make it so and Trump signing executive orders to end birthright citizenship doesn’t change it either. There’s a process to changing the constitution and it isn’t just saying it.

I find it sad that Biden announced the ERA was the law of the land. It’s not. It has not been added to the Constitution and implying the matter is settled is ridiculous. A little education on this subject could go a long way in ending the persistent 100+ years run around on this topic.
